The warehouses and the distribution centers are located in Asia and in the USA.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.

Prior to shipment, we will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. The majority of orders are sent within 24 hours. Expected delivery times will range from three and seven days.

Returns

When you add an item to your cart, $0.00 will appear. We only ship items that are available. In rare instances, we may need to order a backorder.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.

You can only return an item if it's unused and still in the same state as when you first received it. The item should be in the original packaging.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the costs of returning an item (unless there is a mistake on our part (i.e. A wrong item or a product that has been damaged. We will cover the shipping costs in the event that you ask for an exchange.
